Each jewel is channeled and designed by Anna Lucas, then handmade by a Balinese artisan using traditional techniques. Anna receives the sacred code and the updated frequency it carries. She receives the instructions for materials and dimensions. She receives the vibrational information the jewel will transmit. More is revealed once the jewel is finished and finds its owner. The design and instructions are passed to the artisan, who creates the piece by hand, respecting the traditional process. The aim is to bring form, meaning and energy together with the resources available.

No. Unna does not ask for any belief system: the jewel works through resonance and openness. If you are already sensitive to energy, you will likely feel it and have a lived experience. People who don't usually feel subtle energies can also feel them, and can train themselves to become more receptive. If you don't feel the energy, it doesn't matter. What matters is feeling attracted or connected to a piece, and following your intuition.

No. At the beginning the energy can feel quite intense, until the information settles into your field. After that, it is normal to feel it less, or not at all, because you have integrated the first wave of the transmission. Depending on your path, your needs and the way you work with the jewel, you can activate new transmissions and work with intentions, and feel the energy again, or a different energy. Each woman's experience is different and can take days or months to unfold. If the energy feels too intense, wear the jewel for short moments at first, until you can hold more. Avoid mixing too many different energies at the beginning, for example several rings with different necklaces: go step by step. No, you don't need to cleanse or charge it. The jewel has not been used, encoded or charged with reiki, ceremonies or projected intentions. It comes directly from the studio, and its portal opens for you naturally. The energies flow on their own, so no energetic cleansing or charging is needed. Simply care for the metal as described in the Care section: salt water, soap, sweat, perfume and creams can damage the metal, incense can stain it, and sunlight can damage the gemstones.

Yes. Your jewel is your own portal of transmission and connection to the Divine Feminine frequency, and you can set your own intention. For it to be effective, your intention needs to be aligned with the frequency of the jewel. You can also use your jewel as an NLP sensorial anchor. You can set an intention to work with your jewel, for example to protect you, activate you, guide you, reveal you, initiate you or bring you love. You cannot encode it for a purpose opposite to what it is: a personal portal of sacred feminine transmission from the Goddess. Each jewel comes with its own technology from its creation.

Unna jewels are handmade in high quality brass, 18k gold-plated brass and sterling silver, often combining silver and gold in one piece to unite lunar and solar energies. Many pieces include natural stones and materials such as magenta ruby, rhodolite garnet, pink tourmaline, white zircon, mother of pearl and blue abalone. Gold plating naturally wears over time, even with a high-quality coating, especially with sweat, water and friction. This is a normal limitation of the material, not a defect of the jewel. To make it last longer, remove your jewel before washing your hands, swimming or applying perfume and creams, and always store it in its box or pouch. See the Care section for full instructions.

Most Unna rings are open and adjustable, so they adapt gracefully to your finger. Most fit sizes between 6 and 7.5, and some models, such as the Goddess Activation Ring and the Triangle Moon Charm Ring, also come in a larger size 8/9. Most necklaces come on adjustable chains of around 45 to 50 cm, and chokers of 35 to 40 cm. Some pendants offer longer options, up to 55 or 60 cm. Each necklace page lists its exact chain length under MATERIALS & SIZES.

Yes. Unna creates in small batches or made to order, using traditional handmade techniques, to reduce waste and craft each piece with care. Production time depends on the piece: for example, the Goddess Codex rings take 1 to 2 weeks, and some pieces take up to 4 weeks. Some pieces are one of a kind and will not be made again. Each product page shows its availability.

Yes, many pieces can be made in another metal on request, for example in sterling silver or with gold plating. Each product page states which versions are available. Write to us at info@unnabyannalucas.com with the piece and the version you'd like, and we'll send you a quote.

Orders ship within 2 to 3 working days of payment. Made-to-order pieces follow the production time shown on their product page. We ship worldwide. Each jewel ships from Indonesia in a fabric pouch inside a discreet package, with a tracking number, and delivery to Europe and the USA usually takes 7 to 10 days. Transport to your door is included, but import duties and customs fees are not and are paid on arrival. We ship to full street addresses only, not PO boxes or hotels. Yes, within 10 days of receiving your order, if the piece is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Made-to-order pieces and earrings can only be returned if they are faulty. Exchanges depend on availability. Return shipping is paid by you, and the original delivery costs, taxes and duties are not refunded. To start a return, write to info@unnabyannalucas.com with your name, address, the piece, the reason, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Store your jewel in its box or pouch, clean it with a soft cloth, and keep it away from water, chemicals and friction. All our jewels are protected with a nanocoating that wears off over time with friction. All metals react to air and humidity and can oxidize, so always store your jewel in a box or pouch. Remove dust with a soft cloth. Never use paper or chemicals. To remove sweat, rinse with warm water and a neutral soap, then dry very well. You can use special cleaning products for silver and brass, but never use aggressive products on gold-plated pieces. Gold plating, even when thick, wears over time, especially with sweat, washing and friction. This is the normal limitation of the material, not a defect of the jewel. For gold-plated pieces: don't wash your hands while wearing them don't leave them out in the open; always store them in a suitable box avoid salt water, perfume and creams
